How do you build an e-commerce site with a learning management system and custom dashboard for leading health and social care providers?
Let us tell you. To begin with, I need to say that it was a challenge-but a challenge well worth it when you see the outcome.
We worked closely with Distinction to ensure that all expectations were not only met but exceeded. With a main focus on improved design and overall user experience, the team worked day and night to craft something that would look modern, refresh the brand, and most importantly, function smoothly.
But this was just step one in the development. The site needed a complete revamp on the e-commerce side of things. We added a range of filtering options and search bars to improve navigation, as well as a sliding Ajax cart to enhance the customer experience and increase their average order value (AOV).

However, our job was not done there. We then needed to shift our focus to the members’ side of the website, improving both the dashboard design and user experience. We re-designed and custom-coded a bespoke dashboard with enhanced navigation, making it easier for all members taking online training courses to find their training materials.
We applied the same approach when redesigning the dashboard for agencies, who use the website to provide training to their candidates.
