You agree to provide timely information, feedback, and approvals as needed for us to complete our work. Delays in providing these may impact timelines, for which we cannot be held responsible.

4. Estimated Timelines

All project timelines are estimates. We will do our best to meet them, but timelines may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances or dependencies on client input.

5. Limitation of Liability

Level7.Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of clients, revenue, or business opportunities that may arise from the use of our services or any delays in delivery.

In other words, if any third party (such as your own clients) experiences a loss or chooses to leave your services for any reason related to timing or deliverables, we are not responsible for that outcome. You are responsible for managing your own client relationships and expectations.

6. Acceptance of Work

Upon completion, you will have a set period to review and approve deliverables. Once approved or put into use, the deliverables are considered accepted.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual agreement. Timely payment is required.

8. General Legal Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.
